Yeah that old chestnut again, had my quote from Adrian Flux, £745 , same as last year, bearing in mind was £845 in 2013, anyway rather than just go with them shopped around and got the insurance down to £521 with LV insurance, with all the mode insured, so well pleased and happy :y
-
Your pleased with £521? Bloody hell that's dear? How old are you? 18?

I wouldn't insure with that bunch of onanists if you paid me... ever since they sold my claim detsils for a non fault prang in October '13, I get at least one accident management/now win no fee oppswit ringing each week...
And as for Adrian Flux, I pay Admiral the same amount for two cars with all mods declared as I was paying Adrian Flux for one, and that's inspite of only one car having any no claims :-X

Now, about that cheap watch... ::)

We had both cars insured with aviva. After about four years they started taking the piss so we moved to LV, who were almost half the price. After about three years, LV started taking the piss, so we moved to........aviva.....who are much cheaper. Stupid state of affairs.
We pay around £450 for both cars on a multi policy.

Wont use any company that uses overseas call centre's.

My annual renewal for the 3.0 MV6 with Privilege my usual insurer this year....fully comp @£186.00. So I rang them and said that it seemed a bit high and the reply was that this was their best price,so Iwent on to Go Compare and got it with the same company for £154.00. Durr! what price customer loyalty...bunch of tossers! ::)

It is a full trade policy though :-X ::)

MickDundee, I see you live in the holiday resort of Peckham which explains your high premium. I'm not so far from you and I can vouch that its not a bad price.
-
Swiftcover £247 full comp, £25 cheaper than last year :y luverly jubbley.

Been with LV for nearly 20 years, would not go anywhere else , they are superb in my opinion. Have had to claim 3 times over the years prompt payment or repairs carried out to an excellent standard. The 3 cars we have ( 2.6 Omega Fiat Panda Hyundai Terracan ) cost in total £530 fully comp, the premium has come down by 10% each year for the last 3 years. When my daughter was learning to drive 12 years ago there was no charge to add her as a named driver this though has now ceased I believe.Have just had to swap private plates over &'there is no admin charge for new certificates, unlike some companies.

Exactly and in the 13 years of owning the car is the best price I have ever had for the insurance, can't wait for the next 13

I usually pay circa £150 give or take a tenner for each omega (currently with Aviva), and you can reduce it further by using a cashback site as I did :)

I just got my renewal, £329 fully comp with Sheilas Wheels, which isn`t bad for a LS5 postcode.

Sheila's wheels? Something you want to share, Gav?

Opps me, £470 on mine, with gas, Irmscher kit and wheels and brake upgrade. Which I thought was steep until I compared and saw how much your paying Mick. Lordy!
Move out of Landan.

Moving out off London is not really an option, if I did it would cost me more in additional traveling expenses, so there would not really be any savings made :-X
