Hi all
My radiator has started leaking in the plastic, so I need a new one
My car is a 97 3.0l with climate control, originally an automatic (but converted to manual)
Now that I need a new one, I want one that's for a manual and original gm
Does anyone know the GM number for one that's for a manual? (or does one only get 1 rad for all cars now)

Rads for Manual Gearbox car will not have the atf cooler part for the Automatic Transmission :y !

Nor will a later GM auto one... ::)
They have a separate cooler ;)

You will need the part number for a f/l model either a 3.2 or 2.6, as these had a separate gearbox cooler.

just replaced mine with a pattern NRF Rad. part no 00529689, on my 3.2L saloon. This has the the auto box cooler as part of the rad. They only make this type and is listed to fit both 3.0L and 3.2.
This should fit a manual because the integral auto box cooler is redundant on mine, having a seperate one.
The original has part no 52485466 on the back.
£80-£90 for the pattern, £ approx £240 for a GM genuine.

When I ask Opel over here, they say they only got one radiator for omega 3.0l (looks like "to me" that the auto/manual radiators are something old that aren't made anymore by looking at their computer)
Part number is 6302006 GM number is 52463050 (some code also said DF)
Does anyone know if this will fit and not have the auto cooling holes (witch I want to get rid of)

This is the reason I want for a manual car :y
So do all 3,2 and 2,6 radiators come without those holes?

So radiators without the auto bit is not available anymore?
-
You seem to be worrying for no reason.
Auto rad or manual rad the cooling area is still the same, just don't have the auto cooler in-built,but the blanks still there.
just fit a 2.6/3.2 one :) :)
The keeper of photos Mr Rob G might have a photo.

I have now ordered the "52463050" witch is the one for a manual 2,6 and 3,2 (and for both manual and auto 3,0 it seems)
There was another number for the automatic for 2,6 and 3,2

This radiator had the auto connections, if anyone was wondering :P
