Hi folks,
Been lurking for a while but first time posting. My uncle had a dark red Omega in the mid/late 90s, lovely car, probably responsible for sparking my interest. My grandad, just prior to stopping driving, almost bought a silver facelift model, but it never happened as the garage wouldn't offer him as much in part exchange as he was after.
I've tended to have a lot of big Rovers over the years, like SD1s, 800s and 75s and some Jags, to go alongside the odd (boring) more practical car from time to time.
Big lover of the older large Vauxhalls, everything from the Wyvern and Velox models of the 50s (another Grandad had one of those at one point), through the fintail Crestas, the Viscounts, Carltons and Senators etc. The Senator was one of the cars as a kid in school that I wanted to grow up to own.
Here's my car. A W-Reg 2.5 CDX Auto. I have some questions to ask at some point as the car needs a few bits and bobs and a little work doing. Thanks for looking :)
Chris

Yeah the catch still works, just, if I don't mind the risk of shredding my finger... I'll check out the guide on the forum to fitting a new one I think :)
