I hope these were both speeding, otherwise that might suggest that inattentiveness , and not excessive speed is a major contributing factor to road traffic collisions... and that would never do...  ::)

I'll bet there was a sheep they both knew er, rather well in the field & they both ducked to hide their faces ;D ;)

must admit that made me chuckle looks like both are going to be written off :y

Nope, only advanced vehicles such as BMW's or Volvos have cameras.

Doubt they'll be written off, van looks quite new so it will probably be bodged put back together again, same for the 4x4.

Both will have had IDRs fitted...

Looking at the PSUs skid marks, both vehicles travelling the same way... 4x4 brakes suddenly, PSU fails to stop in time, PITs the 4x4 causing it to spin...

PSU driver then panics, swerves right to avoid the now arse forward 4x4, ploughing into the nearside front corner of it, pinning it to the wall/postbox before coming to an abrupt stop back in the centre of the road...

Headline should read 4.5t PSU outbraked by family SUV... But where's the news in that ::)
