Title: Roll eyes smiley

This ::) one...

I use it alot. This is because I like it. I like its cheeky edge and the way that the eyes roll up and then blink. It can be a gentle chastise or equally an amused tut. By virtue of the smile, it is a positive face not a negative or angry one.

As an example...

Please read the manual ::) reads VERY differently from Please read the manual  :-X or even Please read the manual >:(
