Title: Repair ribbon for MID

Can't in all conscience say I would recognise an Omegas ribbon for the inside of the MID, but is compatible with a PFL MID, or is it a different type of ribbon we'd need? If not, has anyone found repair ones for PFLs?

You ain't easily gonna repair a MID ribbon, due to the equipment needed to bond the ribbon to the LCD panel.

The best you can hope for is getting good, even pressure on the existing ribbon, but this tends to work better with TIDs than MIDs.

Ahh, thought it'd just effectively 'push in' like the ribbon on, say, the head unit of a stereo. No worries. Thought I'd found a little OOF goldmine/holy grail, there!  :y
