Brother-in-Laws birthday yesterday so we went out for a meal, at a place called Jimmy Spices in Solihull.....
You can go back as many times as you like for different foods.... chinese, thai, indian, italian :y
I loved the Thai Red Curry or something like that it was lovely think it was similar to what Dundee's Mrs cooked us at Newent last year :y
Really worth a visit, I could not hardly move never mind drive home... wished I had put elastic waisted trousers on ;D ;D
-
;D ;D ;D
Sounds like it may be worth a visit me thinks.... ;)
-
Definately but make sure you don't have any dinner ::)
Think it was £12 each but my Sister had half priced tickets so what a bargain :y :y
-
Exellent! Cant fault that then! About 100 mile trip for me in all... may take myself for my birthday. ;)
-
Reckon i could expand there Daz! :P

I used to live in Solihull, but don't remember that restaurant.
Sounds like a good place to eat 8-)

Was there a good selection? Mio is the same idea in Cov, but we very were disappointed. :(
-
I am banned from every all you can eat place in a 50 mile radius :-[
Apparently 'all you can eat' means 'all they think you can eat' :'( :'( :'(

Looks like the same kind of thing as Mio. A few things out in the buffet, and you ask for the rest. Probably good stuff, but if you don't know what to ask for then it's a recipe for frustration.

My wife and I went to a similar sort of place in Colchester - it styled itself as a Noodle Bar, but it had all sorts of food - all the stuff we tried was excellent.
Best bit was that as we went in, they said "Ah, Old People - you can eat for half price" - so we did. :) :) :)
My wife couldn't decide whether to be pleased about the discount or offended that they'd taken her for an OAP :)

whereabouts in colchester is it jere, might give it a look. :y...must remember to frown more than usual, highlight the wrinkles. ;D
