Personally, I think its a disgrace. So he can't pay his debts, what about anyone else who has a driving job, how do they pay their debts, mortgages, etc, etc. And these people probably lost their licence for the 12 points by only being slightly over the speeding limit, not the speeds this guy was doing, or jumping red lights.

Nieve bloody magistrate going by that. He couldn't of been that worried or he wouldn't if commited such a huge number of offences in the first place. And that's just the ones he was caught for.

Everyone makes mistakes, but to that level? Come on!

Yes, indeed.

109 in a 50 FFS?

By the time you've got to 12 points you've had ample time to consider what would happen if you lost your license and change your behaviour, surely?

Idiotic, this prat obviously does not give a excrement for other people especially children who have no road sense - speed, distance judgement. He would be the first to kick up a stink if his relative was hurt or killed by an equally pathetic idiot. He should have got the book well and truly thrown at him. Magistrate your a PRIZE PILLOCK!! >:( >:( >:(

Agree with all the comments, disgraceful that people can get away with this - the courts need to be firmer

Exactly, Jason.
We had a situation of attempted break-in at Mother in Laws. Police said they knew the culprits. Had them in the day before, but they got let off. He said the public don't think we are doing our jobs, but we do catch them...then the bench let them go, even after repeat offences.
You all have my sympathies in your job, it must be so frustrating :(

I disagree... 6 points when you drive for a living is sufficient to make you think. Trust me! ;)

And I was only doing 91  :-[
