So he can't pay his debts, what about anyone else who has a driving job, how do they pay their debts, mortgages, etc, etc. And these people probably lost their licence for the 12 points by only being slightly over the speeding limit, not the speeds this guy was doing, or jumping red lights.

By the time you've got to 12 points you've had ample time to consider what would happen if you lost your license and change your behaviour, surely?

Exactly, Jason.
We had a situation of attempted break-in at Mother in Laws. Police said they knew the culprits. Had them in the day before, but they got let off. He said the public don't think we are doing our jobs, but we do catch them...then the bench let them go, even after repeat offences.
You all have my sympathies in your job, it must be so frustrating :(

I disagree... 6 points when you drive for a living is sufficient to make you think. Trust me! ;)

And I was only doing 91 :-[
