Title: County Court Hearings
Post by: Sir Tigger KC on 25 July 2015, 19:49:33
Are these on public record?  ???

Can I find out if anyone has ever had an eviction order and or a CCJ money order, without paying a reference company?  :-\

TIA!  :y

Yes but I was hoping someone would know how to access the records without having to pay.  :-\

Something like this site for the High and Crown Courts.  :y

As far as I know, its only on public record if you know the details, ie, Court date, case numbef, which Court etc, then you can search the outcome.

Otherwise its the same as everyone else, Credit Check, to review Court Orders, CCJ strikes etc.

If you know the rough date of conviction, check the local papers' court report.
