Title: MH370 - Is it or isn't it?
Post by: Sir Tigger KC on 30 July 2015, 11:39:22: So a piece of aircraft wreckage has washed up on the island of Reunion east of Madagascar in the Indian Ocean. Good news if it is from MH370 as surely they can track the currents, which would give the investigators a clearer idea of where to search? :y

Post by: Migalot on 30 July 2015, 12:27:54: Almost certainly is from MH370. As I understand it, the code stamped on it is 657BB, which tallies with a part on a B-777 right-wing flaperon.

That narrows it down a bit as that one was shot down over Ukraine was by Putins mates so that wreckage didn,t drift far.
With luck the relatives of the missing can get some closure.

ONLY ONE....MH370 is the only 777 that has been lost at sea :'(

Wouldn't be the first time that summat which MIGHT possibly be x has been turned into B by the media ::)
