Got no real appetite to see any more top gear, TBH, under T0sser, Ginger or the original team.

And after evading Amazon's efforts to trick me into signing up to prime every time I've used them in the recent past, I'd donate a gonad before doing so voluntarily. ::)

They won't be poor if it flops...

Quote
The deal is thought to be worth £160m, or £4.4m per episode, making it one of the most expensive factual shows ever made, and more costly than top US dramas such as Game of Thrones and True Blood. The Amazon budget is thought to dwarf the amount the BBC spent on Top Gear, with even the highest estimate’s placing the BBC’s spend at less than £1.6m per episode.

Clarkson said "I feel like I’ve climbed out of a biplane and into a space ship...”.  So given the massive budget I think it's safe to assume that there will be some spectacular stunts!  :y

Presumably Clarkson, May and Hammond or whatever they will call the new show will surface on the likes of Dave eventually?  :-\

Doubt it will hit Dave, being part owned by BBC I think :-\

But Amazon shows have hit Sky Living before :-\
