Specifically for Zafira, but I think they must be universal. I've tried all the usual outlets around these parts - ECP, GSF, independents, none of them do it :(

Standard rubber tubing you can buy off the shelf and will be much cheaper than those designated 'car parts'. I have never tried but I would have though the vacuum pipe would also be available. I have got a cheap digital vernier caliper that I got as an Aldi or Lidl special offer that I use for measuring internal and external diameters.
Alternatively if you need a molded bend, measure the internal diameter and look for an equivalent on somewhere like here:

I actually use A-series vac advance elbows for the actual elbows. Not ideal, but good enough. I'm really struggling on the straight connectors (which is the immediate urgency) and the vac pipe itself, which is a plastic (like on Omegas), not silicone.

If you are trying to connect two pipes of equal outside diameter then a short piece of rubber hose would do the job :-\

I've tried the silicone type and the fuel leak-off types, and they fail in a few months. I've got a load still here, but its rubbish.

Why do you think they fail so quickly?
Is it poor quality materials? or are they subject to unusually arduous conditions?

Not sure. Obviously, near the turbo get a bit warm, but no idea why the other area fail. Its not a massive vacuum...

The vacuum will act to hold things together, maybe there are moments of positive pressure? :-\

You will probably find the PTFE tubing a bit better as that has a slightly higher melting point of 326.8degC compared with about 300degC for silicon tubing.

I wonder if Omega ones would be any good. Must be loads of people breaking Omegas.
