The done thing round here is to rip the inside out and make it into a convenience store...

Absolutely beautiful places of Ale Worship that have gladly survived the vagaries of time and circumstance, unlike a multitude of others, sadly! Thanks for Posting these, I enjoyed them immensely.  :y

Crawling thru the Guilford Rush hour I usually glance across at the " wooden bridge"  Pub .
Built in the thirties someone told me the Rolling stones played there regularly in the sixties  8)
