Title: How do you get/buy your own old omega back ?
Post by: EMD on 04 September 2015, 13:45:50: Ive had terrible nightmares about the bloke who bought my old 98 MV6 , mistreating it and letting it go to rack and ruin :( Ive lost his phone number so how would i know if the car is still in existence and not scrapped :-\ Just wondering if he would sell me it back . Is there a source that gives you the address of current owner ???

If not then im thinking of going back to p/f . TB knows what i mean about superior older omegas ::)

No response yet but ive left a message asking for first dibs if or when he decides to sell on :) Only about 35 mile . Putting the manual 2.5 up for sale at the weekend , slinging the door in the boot as cant be arsed to put it on ;D

My 2.5 fl has the same 2.5 V6 as the pfl...... No? ::)

Facelift irreleavnt, as they had same engines. If you mean DBW engines (2.6/3.2), then yes, not as good as earlier ones ;)

I have! Mate of mine, formerly of this parish, had it off me about four years ago. I bought it back in May, and I'm now sorting the suspension, brakes, and then the bodywork...

(It also cost me 10% of what I paid for it first time round...)
