Title: How many have met up?
Post by: Dusty on 12 July 2008, 20:23:25: Have been on the forum now for a few weeks, and noticed in the statistics department, we have about 3500 members.

I would be interested to know, how many OOF members have actually met other OOF members, as opposed to just chatting online. I have not met any.

Is this the same for most members.

So can you answer two questions:

1. Have you met other OOF members
2. If so how many

I would be interested to know this.

I would like to meet all of you, apart from one or two. You know who you are ;D ;D ;D

There's a Mini meet @ mine on the 20th of this month under "Anyone from Yorkshire?" although it's being held in N. Lincolnshire. You'd be made welcome but it's a long drive for a sunday. You could trawl through photo & meetings threads to see some pretty & some not so pretty faces!!!!!!

met elite pete when i went to see his 3.2 he was selling, he had a go at cleaning up the scratches on the huge dent i had on my GLS

A ~~threesome~~ three way meet up sounds good but a little impractical with the mileages/fuel costs involved, but hopefully will meet up one day, looking forward to meeting many of of the members. :y :y

Post by: albitz on 12 July 2008, 23:31:41: the only oofer i have met thus far is essex andy,when he kindly loaned me his cambelt tools. i am going to try to pay a visit to the anglia meet if poss .may be on a honda rather than in a mig though,depending on weather and if mrs bitz wants go. wild horses wouldnt drag her onto the back of one of those stupid 2 wheel death traps.they are only for idiots apparently. :)
