As documented elsewhere, Ive been rebuilding the suspension of my MV6. After a supply problem, managed to get the shocks today. Only when coming to the rears, theres no FRIGGING mounts included in the kit.
Am I being unreasonable to expect such a vital component to be included, rather than having to transfer across from the utterly seized, and perished originals?
I bought a set of standard Meyle dampers for my old Elite, and they came with everything included. Yet I drop *mumble* quid on a full set of Bilsteins, and they don't?! I am fuming! Not least since it has thrown my entire long weekend into disarray...

If it was Bilsteins then you should have bought GM mountings regardless, as detailed elsewhere, Bilstein ones are lightweight crap...
Estate ones are what you need as the saloon ones wont fit (due to some tit at Bilstein assuming that the saloon and estate threaded rods are the same length ::) They're not :-X) :y
