Year old 6 Plus here is no where near as good as it once was when new but I've put this down to ware an tare of the battery itself, Plus i leave it on charge overnight which probably doesn't help.

As for iOS9 whatever version it's on now hasn't made a difference that I've personally noticed.

Just seems to be using the battery a lot quicker since last updated swmbo has the same phone and she updated hers too and she seems to think hers is Ok but her mate is saying the same as me I did an online check through apple and they are suggesting it is sent back to them to be checked I might give it a bit longer and if I still think it is not right I will drop in to the Apple Store in MK as we have to go over there next week and they can check it over

Check which apps are using battery......

Setings > Battery.

It'll show you which apps have used battery power in the last 24hours / 7 days depending on the tab you pick.  :y

I've found the battery life better on mine since updating...

At the end of the day I usually have about 25-30% left - previously I was having to put it on charge after work.

My 6s seems Ok with IOS9 (currently 9.02).  I can get 2 or 3 days out of it with the use I give it.

My old 5 on IOS8.4 something is shockingly bad, needs charging at least daily.  I suspect the 1000 or so charge cycles have hit the battry hard.

My old 5 was modern when I got it. As was the old 3GS (which I still use for work) I had before.

I think battery is going in the 5, but its had a hard life.  The compass is a bit wonky on it, which makes walking in the woods look for Tupperware a bit "challenging" - I suspect its been "dropped" against a wall once too often

I read that as "It was in the garage for a while, then, BOOM..... it was in the garden...... but still works, unlike any Samsung that falls off a table".

Good point, well made!  ;D
