Title: Online MOT check, now easier
Post by: omegod on 16 October 2015, 17:42:15
From today you don't need numbers off the MOT or V5 to check history

Go on, waste an hour like I did looking at car's you used to own and why they failed subsequent MOT's

I've never understood why they didn't make this service accessible from reg numbers from the start.  ::)

I'd just like to send huge thanks to omegod for supplying this link. I have used another hour of my precious life, checking on all my cars histories...histories which are in the past, and don't concern me now. Could not break away!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

You are very welcome, you should see the reaction over on autoshite, they've been scrutinising the MOT history of such celebs as Jimmy Tarbuck, Paul Daniels and Debbie McGee ;D ;D

Just had a quick go and found a vectra that the dealer says has done 102k but the last MOT says 137k. At least it might stop clocking.

Tester could have put wrong mileage in? Maybe
