I've got a '52' Omega B 2.2CD which is fitted with a siemens NCDC 2013 audio inc Satnav. I want to change it for an aftermarket CD that plays MP3s. I'm not bothered about losing satnav, info screen or steering wheel controls. However, I've been told that if I've got a Bose system I can't do it! :-[ Is there an easy way to tell if it is a Bose setup?
Thanks

Saloons have a shallow tray containing the amp and sub woofer in the boot, bolted up under the parcel shelf whilst estates have the amp in one boot cubby hole and the subwoofer in tother :y

Thanks...I'll check that out :y

CD spec would not have come with Bose, so it may have been retro fitted. Bose systems also have speakers in parcel shelf labeled Bose :y

Also to put in a aftermarket unit, you will need to strip out everything thats bose.
