Title: 19" tyre sizes
Post by: minifreek on 09 November 2015, 13:52:04
What size tyres would need to be fitted to 19" wheels for an Omega Elite please :)

Are 235/35 tyres OK for fitting on an Omega...?

Depends on the rim width...

245/30/19 would be my suggestion :-\

More the offset. At that size, what are 18" offset.

Omega 18" Irmscher Sportstars are either 8J ET30 or 38, 9J ET30, Stilas are 8J ET33

19" Gt stars are 8J ET35 :y

Anything wider than 235 you are in realms of possible rubbing at front. 245 sometimes fit with right width rim and offset.

Doubt a Vectra 19" rim will work too well TBH.  What was wrong with the original wheels?

Think snowflakes come with 235/35/19 rubber. Also agree with TB about any wider and there is a chance of rubbing, and any taller tires and defo it will touch the bottom of the front struts.
Know this from personal experience had some Totally Shit Wheels (Tsw 7.5j 19's from vectras and they sat too far in. HTH  :y
