Title: gear box probs

Hi there I'm kind of new to this can anyone please help me /we have a 2001 2.2 omega estate petrol./we live in France and have spent over 800 Euros trying to find out why our auto box will not work in automatic/it will work ok in manual/our car has had the gear box changed 2 times /but still the same problem?????/please can anyone point us in the right direction/ do not want to be rid of our car (special reason) so would be obliged for any help given

Genuine cam sensor from a genuine opel dealer that you genuinely have to walk into :y
