Title: Dead battery - can't get into Neutral

2002 Omega MV6 Auto

Battery is dead, bonnet cable has snapped which is a bugger as well. Cars on a neighbouring driveway but needs to be shifted.

I can't get it out of Park so that I can push it into the road for further investigation, which I believe is because the battery is dead and there's no power - is there a manual override to get into neutral so I can, at the very least, get the car moved?

Pull the gear shifter surround up and there is a little yellow lever on the side of the stick at the bottom. Right hand side IIRC.

OIYSP-I managed to work out
It's the longer one that Zirk posted that's got me,but then I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer :D
