So I changed new cam covers and seals as well, new O rings were also located in those new covers, tightened bolts to 8Nm but found after one week driving that some of the 16 bolt holes are wet of oil. Should I tighten more or put that black sealant below each bolt, Strange!

Did you clear the breathers?
-
Yes I did, thanks. It just came to my mind that I also oiled the screw threads. Perhaps when this oil is coming hot it is spreading to covers. I am not talking about a big leak. I just saw some slightly wet areas, not real leak. Let's wait. I wipe everything away and continue driving. In this one week I only drove perhaps 50 km.

By all means re-check tightness of bolts in case of working loose, but under no circumstances tighten them to more than 8nm
-
I could catch some of them with spanner. They are tight. Wet ones are as tight as the others. To catch the rest you know some more work... this nice construction.

Your theory about oiling of screw threads could be correct I suppose. But as said don't be tempted to tightening them to more than 8nm or you run the risk of warping the covers themselves and then you're back to the beginning but needing new cam covers too!!!
-
Please make sure you use a torque wrench only. 8nm cannot be 'guessed' :)

Good news (for me) is that there is really no leak, was only the oiled thread case. Changing covers was that big task that it would have been terrible thing to start the work again, nice!

Good news! :)
