Title: CDC2 will not eject magazine

As above. Suspect son Dan may have put 2 discs into one slot. CD error 1 message reported. I have the top and bottom covers off, and can see a CDstill in or near the play position, clearly not having returned to the magazine following the EJECT button being pressed, though whirring noises were heard.  Hosw should I proceed?

Last CDC2 I had a similar problem with I had to manipulate the disc bac into the cartridge as there is no other way to get the cartridge out.

Thanks VXL V6. I teased the CD stuck in the player out with pen, screwdriver and scalpel, it went into the magazine with a satisfying click, I plugged the unit back in and it promptly checked all its CDs, settled down, then the magazine ejected on pressing the button.  Replaced covers, reinstalled unit, recoded, and all is well again, all 6 CDs playing. I have no idea why it jammed, but at least knoiw how to unjam it if it does it again.
