Been scanning bay of e's for prices and I've seen a timing belt kit at £44.95,this is made by Goodyear apparently.Anybody used one?Any good or too good to be true?Asking first before I hit buy it now.

No. I bought a Dayco kit from Amazon for my 2.5 recently. It cost about £48, fitted perfectly, seemed to have trhe same components as other kits (SKF pulleys and tensioner), no worrying noises, not failed yet. Cannot comment on that Goodyear kit though.

Goodyear won't make the bearings, so you need to find out who does.

Though, remember, 95% of the branded items on egay are fake, so take what the seller/packaging says with a pinch of salt.

Hmm,that doesn't sound good then.probably try one of the ones off Amazon then as they're not too far off price wise.
