Title: Beneath contempt

Whilst many people from far and wide have turned up and pitched in helping victims of the recent floods there are reports of looting  :(having taken place in York at least.Sadly this is no great surprise,but these people have to be among the lowest form of life and are for me way below contempt >:(,and should as has been done in the past elsewhere should if caught be shot out of hand :-X

With a bit of luck the looters will plug in water damaged electrical goods and nominate themselves for the Darwin Awards.  >:( >:(

There are some real scum about, nothing surprises me anymore.
