Difficult to clarify this still shot from my dashcam footage from the other night.
It`s minus 1 degree C ouside ::) & I`m travelling about 33 mph according to my speedo, in a 30 mph road.
That`s actually two officers at the side of the road & one is pointing a hand held device at my car.  Note he`s pointing it from waist height.

I can`t believe it`s anything other then a money collection device  :-X but what type.

Holding at waist height is very different to actually using a speed gun... Clearly before you noticed them, they decided that you weren't speeding ::)

Can't use a speed gun from waist height, so you're safe  :y

There`s another one 100 metres down the road with one too and the third guy shouts `Draw` ;D

There is a senior school further up this road & my sister is the site manager.
There are endless problems with boy racers trying to impress the girls & one recently lost it badly. Glanced off a lamp post & on his roof smashed into the school fence.
The driver legged it >:( but CCTV of the event was viewed by one of the local officers & he instantly recognised the culprit.
