Title: 90 degree
Post by: raywilb on 15 February 2016, 19:27:20
I rang 4 motor factors & evans halshaw today just trying to buy those rubber inserts + 90 degree bends attached to the vacuum pipes. nobody stocked them. surprised the stealers said they had none in stock. surely the service bay at times need  one.

Could be that they're on back order at the stealers?Other than that I'd have a wander round a local breakers yard, should be such things on other Vx models or I should imagine on quite a few other makes/models.

Any motor factor should have them. You will have to ask.

If all else fails and you desperately need some, Halfords do a thick walled rubber vacuum pipe that will slide over the hard plastic pipes in the same way. Obviously you can't achieve the same tight bend radius but it can get you out of a hole (literally) if needed.
