As title says i have a leak following thermostat change although now leaking at the rear.. however after following the 'how to" guide i moved the power steering bottle out the way for better access to the b*****d bolt and i now have fluid dripping from underaide of bellhousing.. fluid looks same colour as coolant.. so have i nipped a power steering pipe or sods law have i now got a other coolant leak?

If the fluid is red and oily then it's P/S Fluid. If it's coolant coloured then ;)
it's possible you didn't get everything in the right place when refitting and have nipped an o ring or not quite got a clip in the right place... Unfortunately It's likely to be a top off job!
Could it be a residual spillage just finishing off? Are you losing any fluids? :-\

Only O ring uswd was in the thermostat and im more than happy thats sitting well. The original leak was to the fron lt and after changing it irs now at the back.. same colour fluid as power steerimg fluid.. just seems odd that after moving bottle and pushimg pipes out of the way i now have leak ... not notices any fluid loss as yes as not travelled many miles...

If it looks like PS Fluid it could be that or ATF.
Just keep an eye on it and levels... :y

I shall have a go at nipping up PS fluid jubilee clips .... hope its as simple as that...
