Title: WTF is wrong with npower?
Post by: STEMO on 08 March 2016, 13:22:54: They are finally getting their comeuppance for years of shite customer service, bills that bear no resemblance to actual fuel used etc. Their parent company, RWE, said today that bills will still be problematic during 2016. Why? Surely, if all the others can get it (nearly) right? Dolts.

Commiserations to anyone who's job is affected.

Been that way since day one as far as I can tell.
