Title: dipping wheels
Post by: pauls on 12 March 2016, 19:30:37
I bought myself some 2nd hand alloys last year and decided to paint the spokes black and leave the outer rim with its stainless steel rim alone. I like the look so want to get them dipped and professionaly sprayed and baked..

 My question is will this destroy the stainless rim or will it be abled to be polished up again

Private album ::)

Should be ok, it's how the early MV6 wheels are done... all paint, then polish off the paint on the area to be 'polished', then laquer entire wheel and actually polish :y
