Mine isn't working. Possibly not helped by my suggestion of where they should shove their SIM, as clearly the SIM wasn't designed for that.

oppswits. I have never come across such a useless bunch of unhelpful retards in my life. I have only been into a Three store 3 times, and all 3 times been knocked and blocked at every opportunity. I have rung them several times, and again not had anything other than stonewalling. oppsing 'tards.

It's a shame... I've been a customer some 10 years and they've been great.

Apart from them taking an age to actually understand what it is you want them to do, I've had no problems with them.

Sadly I am not allowed to print what I think about them.  >:(

At one time or another, I've had run-ins with all of them, other than Evil Everywhere, but only because I've been 3 PAYG since before they were formed. Voda are the only mob I've had to threaten to take to the small claims court  :o

I've concluded you can only choose based on price and 3's Feel at Home saves me a small fortune every year on data and calls to SWMBO

I've never had a contract with 3, purely on the basis that when they launched, their service (signal) was near enough useless.

Vodafone - Apparently I still owe them £940  ::) from around 14 years ago when they sent me an Upgrade (A Sony Ericsson P800) that I never received..... it was signed for, but not by me.  So I told them to get forked.  (even though you still 'illegally' keep chasing it, good luck when it goes to court Vodafone).

Been with Orange (and then EE, and then now BT I guess?) ever since.  Had a couple of roaming charges which I didn't agree with....... quick phone call, and all refunded.  I do part with nearly £40 a month, though.

I've had reason to deal with Three customer services over the last two days. I rang up yesterday to say my phone was losing it's network connection and, after quite a lengthy conversation, they agreed to send me a new sim free of charge. It arrived this morning and was activated after a quick call. This was followed up by a call five minutes ago to make sure all was ok and that I was happy....which I am.

It wont, iirc theres a 6 year limit on taking someone to court for monies owed  ;)

6 years if there's been no contact between the parties involved.

Actually that rings a bell  :y So ... unless they sent letters 'signed for' and you haven't replied to any of them ... couldn't you pretend that you never received any letters from them   :-\ ::)
