Title: Windscreen wipers fault
Post by: Toledodude1973 on 03 April 2016, 09:18:47
Any help would be great, the windscreen wipers now park wherever switched off and i've lost the intermittent bit, could this be a relay or motor? thanks for any advice

Probably the park switch in the motor.

Would that also affect intermitent mode?

I would agree with Nick, self park switch contacts in the motor. Its fixable if you know what your doing, otherwise replacement motor.

Thanks Zirk i'm guessing that could affect intermitent wipe if the problems with the motor?

Probably, Im kinda guessing the initial ping from the intermittent relay wont kick in if the motor is not parked correctly.
