Title: Online Protection by Mr Skrunts
Post by: Shackeng on 17 April 2016, 16:03:24
When I tried to open this, AVG immediately blocked it, with a link to this threat: http://www.avgthreatlabs.com/gb-en/virus-and-malware-information/info/rogue-scanner/?var=1&utm_expid=34410884-35.OreAPRBUR1mIzY7cZt5RoQ.1&name=Rogue%20Scanner%20%28type%20831%29&utm_source=TDPU&utm_medium=OS&PRTYPE=AVF

Shack .. my AV waves a flag at me as that site has "a poor reputation" according to it ... so gives me an option to connect or disconnect. Perhaps your AV is a little less co-operative !!

AVG just won't open the post, and throws up the link to the "Rogue Scanner", I was concerned that OOF had been infected. :y

FireFox will load the page but not the article.  I can only see the Comments section.

IE and Edge will open it without issue.

(Windows 10 running Defender, ---IE 11---, ---FireFox 45.0.2---)

EDIT:  Just loked and FF has blocked it, Reason = Advert)
