Title: CDX Heated Seats - Do all year have them ?

Looking at a Y reg 2.2 CDX estate and the owner says it does not have heated seats fitted.... i thought every CDX had them ?

It should have... Wiring connection at side of seat under slide out trim piece will confirm... Two yellow plugs are side airbag and pretensioner, large black plug with red and brown wires is main power feed for height motor, small black plug is seat heating.

Switches will also be present... Note seller might have said no to cover the fact that they don't work ;)

To add, rear heated seats are retrofit only, and not a factory option...

Cdx should have heated thrones,  hell my first mig 96 plate cdx had front heated cloth seats

I thought so...... the car is a lot of miles away so checking wires before going is not an option ........ odd indeed.

You could always ask if there's an oofer near to where car is and if they could go have a look at it for you.

yeah right like a car without heated seats is worth more than one with ones that don't work and might just need a new fuse.  ;D

My 94 CD had heated seats so surely your newer CDX should have them. ???

My CDX had them worked perfectly, but in 5 years of ownership used them about 3 times.
