Just had a big surprise at a Vauxhall dealer, over £600 to supply a fit a rad on my 2.6 auto Elite Thats £300 just for the rad. I seem to remember a how to for this job but I can't find it now, but I'm sure it didn't mention interfering with the air con? Advanced Radiator have replacement at around £70 but despite giving the original part no to them they're a bit evasive about what fits. Any advice or help welcomed Thanks martinH

These guys are good (in my experience):

Its an easy couple of hour job if your not rushing. :y

If there's a guide I can't see it either. Straight forward job, no need to touch a/c rad. Remove fans, and disconnect sensors as you pull the rad up & out. It seems that new rads often come with an ATF cooler in the side that you won't need ..... yours is a separate pipe across the from of the car. Not a bad job to do.
(I bought my rad from Vx. A few yrs back now & IIRC was around £200)

Replacing radiator is really easy. And no specail tools needed.
Actually, quite nice DIY job, if you have such ambitions.
