last sunday i found a wallet, spotted it on the opposite side of the road as i pulled up at traffic lights. it belonged to a Lithuanian guy & contained various driving licenses all under his name. at least 3 bank cards & a £10 note. i handed it in to the police & the officer at the desk went through the wallet in front of me listing all its contents. i don't know how the benefits in the uk work where a person from an eu country can claim for dependants left in their country but it seems according to documents in the wallet he may have been using ours system & also Irelands too.

Sadly this is why people born and brought up in the UK have a problem with people like this taking the Pee (and yes I am fully that anyone from any country could be doing exactly the same, inc people from the UK)
I have a Lituanian female friend. Totally honest and trustworthy, she gets so peeved at being called different names just because of where she is from. It's hard work calming her down and explaining, but guys like the guy in the OP is the type of person that makes people suspicious.

Top man for handing it in.
Last time I found a wallet its was in the glove box of a newly acquired car, contained a Service book, Audio Manual and an out of date AA card, not even a Audio Pass Code >:(, some people have all the luck ::).

I stood behind an eastern European chap at a cash point a while back, he shoved 30+ cards in all with the same pin number and must have cleared 7 or 8 grand out. Reported it to authorities but don't think anything happened >:(
