could somebody please explain to me what f/c P1590 auxillary heater open circuit means ?

I'd hazard a guess that the auxillary geater is open circuit ;).  As it says :P

Aux heater is the diesel heater in front of OSF wheel

  well I am not sure of its function but I have no starting problems I can only guess it maybe for extreme winter conditions. but don't really know.
