Noticed the car is a just a little lumpy on tickover. Looked at fault codes for 3.2 :
P0430 catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 2
P0650 malfunction indicator circuit low/open instrument
P0170 fuel trim malfunction bank 1
cleared codes and restarted engine.
P0650 showing again.
Anyone know how to rectify this?

Check all bulbs on the dashboard and auto selector panel

Do both spanner and engine light come on when you turn to ignition position 2?
If left at position 2 for 10-30 seconds you should have the following lights on...
Battery light, red.
Handbrake light, red.
Engine management light, amber.
Spanner light, amber.
These should all be present, and should all go out when engine is started ;)
Any other lights, except low fuel, and you have a problem.

That explains it then. When the LPG was installed by the previous owner a spurious fault kept illuminating the EML..So he took it out!

That shouldn't happen when running on LPG if is setup properly ;)
Best look into that because if its running too weak a mixture, you could end up melting the piston crown ;)

Being a 3.2 it might simply be the factory fitted 0420/0430 ;D
Mine got so fed up being on that the bulb blew :-X
