Post by: raywilb on 22 June 2016, 18:42:17
any body that has or had a 2.2dti will be able to answer this. or even anybody with the knowledge. when I open the bonnet & I am looking at a fan . should there be 2 fans . alls on mine is one on the off side & a gap on the near side, but  next to the washer filler bottle there is an electric lead hanging loose.

Pretty sure there are 2 as on my old diesel 2002 I remember one of them stayed on for over an hour when I switched off the ignition.

Just looked up a previous post of mine and my old 2002 DTi  definitely had two as the one behind the radiator would'nt switch off but the one in front did.

Yes there's still one behind a one in front, but the DTi lacks the second one at the front  :y
