Title: 5 days, 144 miles , running in Spannish heat.

I think I posted on this last year.

Just been seeing the competitors finish this race today. It is run around the "county" of Granada province that I live in.

I don't know how they keep hydrated. Mind you it is only 31 deg C today.

I know a lot of people that live in Britain that cant speak English let alone spell it.
