Title: Dash instruments not working

Got a problem with the fuel gauge the temp gauge rev counter and speedo
None work
All clocks light up and I have had the dash out cleaned it and put it back
Anyone got a solution please?

Firstly make sure it is seated correctly.

Second port of call is to check the PCB isn't damaged. I caught one once and had to repair the track.

Still playing up this but a development in the fact that fuse 15 the 7th from left middle row had blown changed it and hey presto dash all working hang on blows again problem getting shorter at least I know it's something on that fuse .... or is it?
The manual says fuse 15 protects

Reverse lamps
Glovebox light
Level control
Cruise control
Leccy seats
Radio
Heated rear seats
Sunroof
Leccy windows
Instruments lights
Cooling fan
Headlamp range adjustment

However take the fuse completely OUT and 1/2 the things still work

I think fuse 12 also covers some of that list
