Title: Bumper skirt

I have a replacement prodrive front bumper on my Elite. The rubber skirt is coming adrift. Must have hit something?
Can any one tell me how the rubber skirt is fitted/attached to the bumper? Thanks.  :y

Plastic rivets,  I changed mine to self tappers :)

The rubber skirt has double sided tape on it, a self tapping screw at each end and a number of nuts and panhead bolts along the length of it. If not its been ripped of at some point!

Or at least that's how the three MV6 bumpers and the brand new rubber skirt that i bought have!
