Title: Germany- conscription? and stockpiling!

Germany is considering conscription.

People are advised to store enough food to last 10 days and to stockpile five days' supply - two litres (3.5 pints) per person daily.

Theve been allowed to have Army, Airforce etc for donkeys years, but purely for National Self Defence, I think it kicked in sooner rather later after the East West divide, they weren't allowed to participate in Active Oversea Conflicts for a while but I believe that past its sell by date now, or a few years back.

The reason they have started conscription is they think mad, bad Vlad has his eye on Poland and, as they have previous experience, they can be in there before he even gets to the border. ;D
