Title: Number Plate Screws

Hello,

In order to take the number plates (front and back) off a PFL Omega, would I need to take the bumpers off or crawl underneath the car - or do they simply unscrew and rescrew from the outside -> in?

They're self tapping screws, and should just undo.
Most numberplates are just stuck on with trim-tape.
