Title: Intermittent starting 2.2dti

Hi I have a intermittent starting problem with my 2.2dti. Most of the time fires 1st go but sometimes turn the key and it clicks once, other times turn the key and just nothing, today I turned key to nothing happening but immediately tried again and it fired up. Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.

Sounds like a sticky starter solenoid, I have a good starter motor from a dti I broke recently if needed

See if any other suggestions come up

If there's anything omegod doesnt have which you may require there's a 2.2 DTi in my local scrappy :y. I stress that point only if omegod or another oofer can't supply you, I've no desire to tread on any toes  :)
