What are you doing Jamie, something with the DNS records?
We have a bodge set up in forum at moment that I need to get out really quickly (for reasons I do not wish to publically say at this point). No changes to DNS, but need to ensure that DNS is working properly for everyone after HU's opps up earlier...

Response from www.dnsstuff.com for Reverse DNS on www.omegaowners.com:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
www.omegaowners.com is not an IP address, so I am using 217.155.56.220 (the A record for www.omegaowners.com).

Yes, thats correct response, but there is a possibility that some caching DNS servers used by ISPs may have cached the wrong settings, hence asking everyone. Hopefully shouldn't be too much of a problem as we were runnning quite a long TTL, so hopefully most DNS caches didn't even see the HU changes.
My biggest concerns is corporate proxies, as they, for some reason, seem to ignore DNS TTL values...
-
Seeing as we have had 100% success on DNS resolution, I am going to undo some of yesterdays bodges at 10am today...
-
Changes made. You WILL need to log back in again...
