Decided had enough ,too old,,in the winter too cold to be clambering over and under my omega....after owning 11 different models of omegas I have obtained myself a brand new motor,,the first one ever..so quite nice, Anyway phoned up the insurance, the one with the bulldog..explained to them that i wanted to cancell my omega insurance that i took out in June 2015,,,,been with this crew for years and they had the cheek to charge me £52 32.cancellation charges,,glad I paid yearly in one lump as that way I get some back,if it had been paid monthly I would have ended up owing them money,,dont expect them to do it for nothing, maybe £20/25 but double that is a sheere rip off, >:( >:(

Have got free insurance on the new car,so when it is a year old and I have to pay then be sure I will be looking very hard at the insurance terms and conditions,,My friend had her renewal insurance through and if she had accepted it they were going to charge her a £25 to renew it with them.Needless to say she went elsewhere, trouble is they are all up to it these days. :(

Just done mine... previous mob had wanted an extra £40 a month for the Focus, and a further £120-£140 (excess variation) for the BMW :o
Went to both the singer and the meerkats, both had the same firm as the cheapest, and inspite of a claim in January, my new premium is a mere £16 a month more for the same level of cover, with a lower excess 8)
The best Admiral were able to offer was a £2 reduction ;D

My new renewal, for mine protected ncb, windscreen and other bits was £198.97, with Hastings, paid in full.

Mine should have been alot lower, but Taxi NCB cannot be added to a private policy >:(
Had it been, I could have had maximum NCB less two years for two claims :-\

Been with Admiral for a while now, every time I dont like the price I give it a couple of days and ring back, get a different operater and a cheaper price. ::)
