If the players are good than a poor manager can win.

If the players are a bunch of overpaid nancy boys with little talent then God himself couldn't win the World cup.

We fall into the latter category.

I lost interest years ago in the national side.

I lost interest years ago in the national side.

The final straw was when the part time butchers, bakers, and candle stick makers, from Iceland gave us a good kicking. :-\

Joe Hart wouldn't be a first choice Sunday league keeper if I had the reins.

Who decided to give the corrupt bugger the job in the first place? It,s not as though he,s won anything of note anyway. They could always give the job to Mick McCarthy Pleeeeeeze.

This cycle must end.

As the self appointed England Football manager, this is my manifesto...

1. Sack the entire squad.

2. Take the top fifty Men of the Match from the Conference League.

3. Send them on a professional bookcase.

4. Win every international game for the next four years.

5. Repeat.

How about Jeremy Corbyn as the next England manager?

I suggest we pay the players the minimum wage. One or two of them may be worth it. :)

Yep, he'd probably unilaterally decide that we won't take any penalties, because they violate his principles, and hope the other side follow suit. ;D

Good tactics. A draw with Germany is now possible. ;)

Corrected that for you. Assuming that a brown envelope big enough for the used fivers can be found.
