Hope they don't cremate him, not too good for the environment.

Agree with the age thing and this is speculative but I would imagine his demise may have been contributed to by his lifestyle?

Yep, but cosmetic surgery and various other habits I don't think would necessarily contribute in a positive to one's heart health.

They'll have to change the name of the band to "dead or dead" now

I have no idea who Pete Burns is, but back in my childhood there were coal delivery lorries with headboards over the cab signwritten with "P. BURNS", and we kids delighted in yelling "Oh no it doesn't", whenever we saw one!  :D 8)

Ron.

I thought of him as a grotesque creature, inside and out, but still, 57 is no age to die.

Well, quite.

I had a depressing thought t'other day. I am now older than my father in law was when he kicked it.

Anyway, time for the pub    :y

Very young , but having seen pics of him god knows what he has had done to himself all this would not have done him any good , apart from that never heard of him.

The first and only time I met him, he was behind the counter at Probe Records on Matthew Street in Liverpool. It was about 1980 and he was the first proper punk I'd ever seen.  I bought a David Bowie album.
